1. Eligibility
  • Each team must consist of 2–3 members.

  • Participants must register on Devpost and through the provided registration form.

  • All participants must agree to and follow the Hack Code of Conduct.

2. Team Formation
  • Teams must be formed before the hackathon begins.

  • Each participant may belong to only one team.

  • Teams must use a unique team name that is consistent across registration and submissions

3. Code of Conduct
  • We follow the Hack Code of Conduct.

  • Be respectful, inclusive, and supportive of all participants.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will lead to disqualification.

  • The hackathon is about collaboration, learning, and fun.

4. Intellectual Property
  • Participants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to their projects.

  • By submitting a project, participants grant the organizers and sponsors the right to use screenshots, descriptions, and demos for promotion and showcasing.

5. Liability & Disclaimer
  • The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the hackathon.

  • Participants are responsible for their own devices, equipment, and data.

  • Decisions regarding rule interpretation and enforcement are at the discretion of the organizers.
